  • What can I expect during the initial consultation/walk-through?
    Once our service professional arrives onsite, we walk the property with you and answer any questions you may have at that time.
  • What is the cost for your cleaning and janitorial services?
    The cost for our services is typically based on the square footage and/or the soil level of the property, along with the specific type of service requested. For example, if you were to hire ECC for an event or post construction cleaning, the cost would be calculated much differently than if you were to bring us in for a one-time, deep-clean of your home.
  • Do you provide residential services?
    Yes, absolutely. While we mostly work with commercial clientele, we are happy to extend our experience and expertise to our residential clients.
  • Do you use eco-friendly products?
    The short answer is, yes. We strive to use as many “green” products as possible and, in general, try to leave as little of a carbon footprint as we can.
  • Do you offer free estimates?
    Yes, all of our estimates are 100% free.
  • Do you offer net-30 or net-60 payment terms?
    Yes, we offer several different payment-term options for our commercial clients. During our initial consultation and walk-through, we can go over the several options available.
  • Do I have to sign a contract to obtain services?
    A service agreement is required for all commercial services we provide. This is mostly to outline specifics of the project(s) and to make sure that we are on the same page with our clients. That said, in most situations, we do offer a month-to-month agreement.

    Residential clients (typically) do not have any agreement that needs to be signed in order for us to begin work.
  • Is Elite Commercial Cleaning Insured?
    Yes, Elite Commercial Cleaning is fully insured.
  • Is moving furniture included with the service?
    Typically, moving furniture is not included with the service. We have, however, on many occasions, included this detail in our service package in order to accommodate specific requests or requirements. We will be happy to discuss specifics once we understand the full scope of your project.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    In most cases our cancellation policy for recurring services for commercial clients is 30 days. This does not apply to longer-term contractual agreements – which will come with their own custom cancellation policy.

    On the residential side, you can, essentially, cancel anytime. On single-visit jobs, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance so that we have ample time to re-route a crew to another site.
  • Does the service come with a satisfaction guarantee?
    All of our services/packages come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. While extremely rare, we are human and may miss a thing from time to time. In most cases, we return to the property within 24 hours and correct the mistake. Once you hire Elite Commercial Cleaning, we will not consider the job to be complete until you are 100% satisfied with the work.
